How can we help?
Find quick answers or open HUGS Live Help for personal assistance.
What is HUGSLinks?
HUGSLinks means Help Under Good Service. It connects community help, creative projects, practical resources and ways for people and businesses to participate in the HUGS mission.
How do I request a HUG?
Use the Request a HUG page to submit what you need. A request is reviewed before it can become an available HUG Mission.
How do I become a HUGS Helper?
Complete the HUGS Helper form. Approved helpers can participate in available missions and follow the secure mission journey.
How do I track my HUG?
Use the secure tracking link or tracking information issued for your request. Public mission listings do not expose a recipient's private destination.
When can a helper see the delivery destination?
The destination remains protected during the early mission stages. It becomes available through the secure mission flow after the pickup has been received and the mission advances to delivery.
How does food support work?
HUGSLinks connects food-support needs with participating food-service businesses and community support. Food partners can offer eligible food or other support for coordination through HUGSLinks.
How can a business become a Food Partner?
Open the Food Partner page and submit an offer. HUGSLinks reviews submissions before an approved pickup is made available as a mission.
How can artists participate and receive community votes?
Visit the Artist Community and submit your artwork through the Artist Submission page. Artwork stays private while HUGSLinks reviews it. If approved for publication, the artwork can be placed in the HUGS Art Voting Gallery, where visitors can view it and cast a community HUG vote.
Where can I get help with a HUGS Card or order?
Open “Need a HUG?” and choose Order Help. Include your order or reference number when you have one, but never send a full payment-card number.
How can I support the HUGSLinks mission?
Visit the Support HUGSLinks page. Support is separate from purchasing HUGS Cards, art or merchandise.
What information should I never send in chat?
Do not send passwords, admin credentials, full payment-card numbers, medical documents or exact private recipient addresses through support chat.
Is HUGS Live Help always staffed?
The widget will say when live support is online. When a person is not available, you can leave a support message and receive a HUGS support reference for follow-up.
What if this is an emergency?
HUGSLinks is not an emergency-response service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
