HUGS Help ยท Help Under Good Service

Need help?
Call on HUGS.

HUGS Help connects people who need practical assistance with approved Helpers, community resources, participating businesses and people willing to support a HUG Mission. Ask for a HUG. Give a HUG. Sponsor a HUG.

Connection Into Action

One community. Three ways to participate.

HUGS Help is built around a simple idea: people should have an easier way to ask for practical assistance, find useful resources and participate in helping someone else. HUGSLinks organizes that connection through HUG Requests, HUGS Helpers and HUG Missions.

How a HUG Mission Works

From request to HUG Delivered.

HUGS Help uses a managed mission process. Requests can be reviewed before becoming available HUG Missions, helping protect recipients and Helpers while the community network grows.

1
Request Someone submits a HUG Request.
2
Review HUGS reviews and organizes the request.
3
Match An approved mission can be matched with an approved Helper.
4
Help The Helper completes the approved pickup, delivery or assistance.
5
Confirm The completed mission becomes HUG Delivered.
HUGS Helpers

Give your time, transportation or skills.

HUGS Helpers turn connection into action. Approved Helpers can participate in available HUG Missions that match what they are able and willing to do.

The goal isn't simply to collect requests. It is to create a visible path from need โ†’ connection โ†’ action โ†’ impact. Completed missions can help show what the community accomplished while protecting private personal information.

HUGS Help is a community-support service and is not an emergency service. Requests and Helper participation may require review and approval before a connection or mission is made. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials or other unnecessary highly sensitive information. If you are experiencing an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
